Description
So I was browsing through some old clips the other day (specifically S01E04) and this expression just jumped out at me. I thought it was a good fit for my second vector attempt as I feel the expression fits with my first vector (of Scootaloo). If you want to see the image I based it off of go here. (I cropped only the sides off of that, the actual frame from the show also cuts off Twilight's legs as well as the end of her tail, and frankly I don't have enough confidence in my abilities to be able to add those in myself.)
The eyes were definitely much easier this time (though that still doesn't mean I got them perfect) thanks to the use of the Intersect tool (otherwise known as Ctrl+* to my fellow Inkscapers). Thanks go out to badjokemostlikely on Reddit (who I think goes by SurpringlyNimble on here) for explaining that tool to me.
Once again I am open to any and all criticism, as long as it is helpful/constructive, I would really like to keep making these and I want to get as good as I can. I think my third vector might actually be a full pony w/cutie mark and everything, but it all depends on what grabs my eye. Oh, and I am aware that the colors might be over-saturated again, but I am still using kefkafloyd's color guides in lieu of another option (taking the colors from the screencap itself seems to result in de-saturated colors in my (limited) experience, which I think looks worse).

Here's a tip for ya. (first of all, nice vector)
Anyway, you said you weren't confident enough in your ability to add in the legs and end of the tail? Instead of drawing those yourself, you can go find another screenshot that has the parts and kind of cut-and-paste everything into a big Frankenstein's monster of a screencap.
I'll show you what I mean here.
I recently made a Spike vector based on a pose he had in episode 1.
Now, if you go and look for that pose in the actual episode, you'll notice that his feet, the quill, the scroll, and his top spike are all cut off.
So, what did I do?
I took the original screenshot, hopped about the episode until I found good screenshots of Spike that showed those parts I was missing; then I copied, pasted, trimmed, and slapped together all the pieces til I had just what I needed.
Now, I used GIMP, but you could use Photoshop or heck even MS Paint to do this.
It's a little extra work, but it's a heckuva lot better than having to draw the parts yourself.
